The Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias visits Qatar, to pay an official visit tomorrow, Tuesday 17 December 2024.
In the framework of his visit in Doha, the Defence Minister will have a private meeting with his counterpart and Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Sheikh Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Bin Hassan Bin Ali Al Thani.
Extended discussions of the two delegations will follow their meeting.
While in Qatar, the Greek Minister of National Defence is also expected to meet with the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bin Jassim Al-Thani.
At the aforementioned meetings, matters regarding the enhancement of the bilateral defence cooperation, as well as the developments in regional and international matters in the field of security and defence will be addressed.
Additionally, Mr. Dendias will visit the Qatari State Defence Industry Company Barzan Holdings.
